The week of January 27, 2008, marked an annual celebration of Catholic Schools Week. At Holy Angels Parish, this special observance begin with a mass celebrated with our school children in roles of lay ministry. The 11:00 service on this date featured youths from Holy Angels School providing such essential parts of the liturgy as commentator, readers, and choir. Parents of school children joined parishioners in sacred worship. Pastor, Father Kenneth Taylor was the celebrant. Principal Cynthia Greer and Campus Director Michael Joseph guided the young people in their ministry roles. The spirited celebration was a fitting start for this well-deserved recognition of our Catholic Schools, and especially of our Holy Angels School family.
