On October 12,2008, on a simply perfect autumn afternoon, Holy Angels celebrated summer's end  & a fall kick off. Robin Temple and her committee of volunteers arranged for the use of Northwestway Park and the shelter by the play ground. Kirk Carpenter and Reggie Ash were doing their culinary magic with hot dogs and burgers on the grill. Sunshine, colorful trees, and temperatures incredibly in the low 80s made it a summer celebration in autumn. The Indianapolis Colts were busy dismantling the Baltimore Ravens drawing the men to Reggie's van and delaying the arrival of a few others. But an adequate number of Holy Angels families and parishioners arrived it time to make it a fitting finale to the weeks of celebration of our parish feast. Also present were Brad Anderson and his wife; Brad is a candidate for the deaconate from Columbus, Indiana, who will be part of our parish during part of his preparation for this ministry.
