"Juneteenth" 2004 Celebration

Holy Angels Parish is planning a new, summer event for 2004! We're planning an old-fashioned, family style, celebration of emancipation.

  • What is Juneteenth? It's a celebration of emancipation and freedom. Check the Juneteenth link at left for more information.
  • How will Holy Angels celebrate?
    • On Friday evening, June 18th, we're planning another fabulous dinner/dance evening. Click on Black and White Affair for more information.
  • On Saturday, June 19th, we plan to have a series of special events:
    • Food: barbecue, fish, ice cream, desserts, and other mouth watering treats
    • Vendors
    • Family Activities
    • Gospel Extravaganza at 7:30 pm
    • Raffle:
      • If you are a Holy Angels Parishioner, buy or sell as many raffle tickets as you can
      • If you are a visitor or other friend of Holy Angels, please see a parishioner about raffle tickets.

(Note: Saturday mass will be held at the usual time, 6:00 pm, in the church; there will not be an outdoor liturgy.)
