     At the conclusion of the Eucharistic prayer, the priest again elevates the consecrated bread and wine and says, "Through Him and with Him and in Him, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, all glory and honor is Yours, Almighty Father, forever and ever... At this point the congregation and choir sing the great "Amen".
