On several occasions in the past, Holy Angels has tried to launch a men's ministry. The intention has not been to create another organization, but rather to offer an opportunity for faith sharing, mutual support, and encouragement to have our men more active in the many ministries and organizations already in the parish. To each thing there is a season, and so it seems that in 2010 - with the combined efforts of Jerry Jacobs, Daryl Whitley, and our Deaconate Candidate Brad Anderson and support of Father Taylor - this important ministry is coming together. The group is currently meeting on the last Saturday of each month at 9:00 am in the chapel for mass, followed by a brief program of reflection and discussion and a light breakfast. We hope that this informal gathering of Catholic men will lead us to be more active and visible in all aspects of our parish and more vibrant in our faith in our daily living. All men of the parish are welcome.
