"Could You Not Watch One Hour With Me?" MT 26:40

        Each Friday of Lent (except Good Friday) we have a chance to participate in this season of penance and anticipation in a special way. At 5:30 pm, Father Taylor celebrates the Eucharist in a brief mass. After the mass, the congregation has the opportunity to walk with Jesus the Christ commemorating his passion, death, and resurrection. Each "station" of the cross, along the walls of the church, commemorates a place and a moment of Jesus's walk through the streets of Jerusalem, the Via Dolorosa, on his way to Calvary. Each station is commemorated in prayer and song as the crucifix is carried around the church with the faithful following along. The entire service, mass and the stations, takes only about an hour.
