Honor Our Graduates 2009

        An annual tradition at Holy Angels is honoring our parishioners who have graduated from any level of school or professional development. On June 28, Lori Wright and her committee organized a lovely ceremony at the 11:00 am mass. The ceremony involved presentation of graduates, giving of gifts to each, and a special blessing by Father Taylor. The ceremony was followed by by a brief reception in Waldon Hall after mass. The reception featured introductions of each graduate, presentations of additional momentos and festive balloons, and an elegant cake and punch to mark the day. Special certificates from the Serra Club were also presented to graduating altar servers.
         The reception shared the day and the space with the monthly, celebrated, Knights of St. Peter Claver Pancake Breakfast. Attendees at the breakfast were able to honor our graduates while enjoying the all you can eat breakfast and participating in the reception/program.
