Parish Picnic 2009

        Holy Angels' picnic committee decided to move our annual get together into our own neighborhood this year, gathering just down Martin Luther King to Watkins Park, and returned the date of our picnic to August. Surprisingly, the weather was more like October - with a high temperature barely approaching 70°. But the sun appeared from time to time and the warmth of Holy Angels' family made for a pleasant day. The turn out was impressive and reports are that we didn't clear the park until early evening. Activities included tennis for active adults and youngsters, lots of play opportunities for the younger members, games for adults, and abundant food and fellowship! Congratulations to the picnic committee for a wonderful day.
